Frequently Asked Questions
Ambitious Fleet Inc. specializes in expedited less than truckload (LTL) freight. Our sprinter vans can transport three standard-sized pallets of freight, with a maximum height of 60 inches and a maximum weight of 3000 lbs
We do things differently from standard LTL freight companies. Instead of waiting and combining shipments, we use sprinter vans to quickly deliver LTL freight directly to your destination. This minimizes the risk of damage or theft and ensures speedy delivery at competitive rates.
We do offer on-demand service, but we encourage customers to pre-schedule deliveries in advance whenever possible to guarantee our service. If you call us last-minute, we can only accommodate you based on our availability at that time.
No, our vans do not have lift gates. Access to a forklift and an overhead door will be required for the loading and unloading of shipments.
We can assist with loading/unloading freight if each piece weighs less than 20 lbs. For example, loading/unloading a shipment of 500 lbs with 20 pieces is possible. However, if a shipment weighs 500 lbs with 15 pieces, each piece being more than 20 lbs, we won't be able to load/unload it. Extra charges will also apply for this type of service.
We start charging for additional waiting time after 15 minutes. Additional wait time can occur for various reasons, such as the shipment not being ready, the shipper or receiver not being available, or excessive time required to unload the freight. Our team will promptly notify you, provide you with the reason for the delay, and keep you updated on the situation.
